William and Penny Richardson have been involved in ministry since the early 90's. After serving in youth ministry, they began evangelizing in 2007. After pastoring for over a decade, they have cultivated years of experience in all areas of ministry. They believe God gave us the whole Bible to use as a guide, not just the New Testament.
Layne felt the call to youth ministry when he was still a student here at Community Chapel in 2003. His wife, Bethany, joined him in 2012 as the youth secretary. They are currently serving both as the local youth pastors and the sectional youth leaders for the AR PCG Central section. They have two daughters of their own and have a passion for mentoring youth for leadership.
